Chief Compliance Officer
Chief Compliance Officer
Following the statutory transformation carried out under the Slovenian Sovereign Holding Act (ZSDH-1), Slovenian Sovereign Holding (hereinafter: SSH) committed itself to achieving even higher standards of operational compliance. In line with Article 54 of ZSDH-1, SSH launched the procedure for the selection of a Compliance Manager in June 2014, with the selected candidate assuming the position on 1 January 2015.
The Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing and implementing the SSH Integrity Plan. The Officer reports to the SSH Management Board and the SSH Supervisory Board at least once every three months. The SSH Supervisory Board supervises the implementation of the Plan, inter alia by regularly reviewing the Officer’s reports, submitting proposals to the SSH Management Board for amendments to the Plan, recommending additional measures for managing the risks identified within the Plan, and monitoring the timely implementation of these measures.
The SSH Integrity Plan (in Slovene), together with information on the obliged entity and the responsible persons, is publicly available.
