Sale of Telekom Shares Proceeds in Line with Time Schedule

All interested parties who submitted their expressions of interest for the potential purchase of 4,754,523 ordinary registered non-par value shares, representing 72.75% of the share capital of Telekom Slovenije, d. d., and fulfilled the conditions laid down in the Invitation to Submit Expressions of Interest (the "Qualified Parties"), were invited to participate in the next phase of the sale process.

Qualified Parties may submit their non-binding bids not later than the beginning of June 2014.
