Slovenska odškodninska družba, d. d., has concluded a contract on legal counselling in the sale of shares of Aerodrom Ljubljana, d. d. with a selected bidder for the provision of services

On 5 February, 2014, Slovenska odškodninska družba, d. d., concluded a contract on legal consulting services in the process of the sale of shares of Aerodrom Ljubljana, d. d.

 

The invitation to submit a bid for legal consulting services in the process of the sale of shares of Aerordrom Ljubljana, d.d., was submitted by KPMG, the Financial Adviser, in cooperation with Slovenska odškodninska družba, d.d., to leading Slovenian law firms which also had to provide for the cooperation of an international law firm since services relating to a wide legal area will be needed in the sale process.

 

Four bids arrived on time.

 

After the examination and assessment of the bids and following the negotiations regarding the significant elements of the legal consulting services contract, Slovenska odškodninska družba, d.d., made a decision and selected the law firm Schönherr to provide legal consulting services in the process of the sale of the shares of Aerodrom Ljubljana, d. d.
