Telekom Slovenija - process for the acquisition of a majority stake continues

Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) informs the interested public that the process for the acquisition of a majority stake in Telekom Slovenije, d. d., continues. SSH, together with financial and legal advisors, is in the process of evaluating the binding offer received.

 

SSH will continue to promptly inform the interested public on all significant decisions made in the process.
