Agreement on Joint Sale of Unior Shares Signed

Slovenian Sovereign Holding (hereinafter referred to as: "SSH"), ALPEN Invest, družba za upravljanje investicijskih skladov, d.d., and Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d., and (in accordance with the applicable legislation) separately, Kapitalska družba, d.d., and SSH, who as shareholders hold 1,560,670 ordinary, registered, no-par value shares of UNIOR Kovaška industrija, d.d. (symbol: UKIG) and whose shareholdings represent 54,98 % of the share capital of UNIOR, signed the Agreement on Joint Sale of Shares of UNIOR Kovaška industrija, d.d., on 9 May 2016.
