Slovenian Sovereign Holding hearby announces this call for bids for the purchase of a 100% holding in MARIBORSKA LIVARNA MARIBOR d.d., Oreško nabrežje 9, 2000 Maribor and for the provision of financial resources to the company.
Interested parties should submit their non-binding offers by 12 pm on 5 December 2023.
